About What I Do
Johnny Rodriguez
My work blends creativity, problem-solving, and visual storytelling to bring your ideas to life. I support the GovCon industry, collaborating with proposal managers, business development teams, and subject matter experts to create illustrations, graphics, presentations, and other visual content that help pursuit teams win work. I also partner with marketing teams on everything from specific design projects to developing ideas from the ground up. I am a creative support resource who can turn an idea into something people can see, understand, and connect with. And then there are the murals. As a mural artist, I get to step away from the computer and work on a much bigger canvas—creating artwork that brings personality to a space and gives people something memorable to experience. After 30-plus years, I’ve learned that good design is about more than making something look good. It’s about listening, understanding the message, solving problems, and finding the right visual way to tell the story.
